WOW, I was going to blog today about how I tried so hard, but in the end wasn't quite able to do it.
I have been sick since last Thursday and am just starting to feel a little bit better today. During my illness I haven't worked out and my weight leveled right at 206.6. Well yesterday my parents had us over for a birthday dinner and my dad made his specialty...Prime Rib. It was amazing. My brother, while polishing off his 24 oz cut of Prime Rib, said "Wow, Justin is a model of self control tonight." Thats right, a model of self control, only one serving of Prime Rib for me please!
Well this morning I overslept my alarm, didn't get in a workout and didn't eat breakfast. I went to work and weighed in at work. Doug swears that the scale in the weight room is completely accurate and definately more accurate than my scale at home. AND I WEIGHED IN AT 199!!! Mission 200 complete!!! BOO YAA!!! YAY ME!
So I had pizza tonight as my birthday dinner, but I don't feel 100% about Mission 200. There was nothing in Mission 200 about what scale I had to get under 200, just that I had to get under 200. That being said, I am not done. I am going for under 200 on my home scale. Wish me luck!
Shout Out to the Dingerson's who have Coachscanson.blogspot.com as their home page and everytime they open the internet I get another click on my sitecounter! (I secretly changed their homepage without their knowing and I don't think they know how to fix it, don't tell them!)
